My Pets
My husband and I disagree over what is a reasonable number of pets. He grew up with one at a time.
There were points that when I was growing up we had 20-30 pets.

Rabbits

Binky
He is a lionhead rabbit and has quite his own distinctive personality. He likes things to be organized. My family teases me about him being a bit too OCD. He about 2 years old, and very furry.
He was the first of the two rabbits that I got, he likes his cage, and can get really mad at you if he really doesn’t want to come out. He gets mad for a lot of reasons, which usially result in a ‘thump’ which is when rabbits kick their back feet really hard to make noise. I’ve gotten thumped for everything from veggies instead of pellets for dinner to pulling out tangles.
As a side note, Binky’s hair tends to remind people of my father.

Radar
Radar is named for his really large ears, he is a very happy bunny who really tends to act more like a dog. (Always happy to see you, even if you only went to the other room for a few minutes). He is also the “Good Bunny” out of the two bunnies, and even my sister’s bunny. He rarely gets mad, or throws a tantrum. He does tend to get a bit spooked sometimes.
He is a Rex, but a subset that has really soft (and very short) hair. He is about a year old.
Cats

Valentino
We got Valentino a few years ago, he wasn’t a kitten when we got him. Which I think puts him at 6 or 7 now.
We got him from a shelter. He was large when we got him and have been working to have him drop off some of those pounds. The vets would love for him to be around 12 lbs, his last weight check had him at about 19 lbs. (which was a lot better then the 24 lbs he had been at prior to that.
His favorite hobbies are eatting and sleaping, well that and torturing my husband by stomping on him. He’s a bit of a “Momma’s Boy”
Stella
We got Stella when we first got married. We went to a shelters but because we had one cat already at the time (who is sadly no longer with us) who was decalwed, we needed a second cat that had been declawed. The shelter we went too did not have cats that were declawed, but they knew of this cat that was up for adoption at a local vets office. Even though she was the younger cat of the two, she has by far always been the lazy one. As you can see she likes to sleep. She would get annoyed by the “Senior cat” as he was always the one wanting to play.
She isn’t big on sharring, as my husband claims, she gets an attitude if she doesn’t get her way. She doesn’t care for me all that much and is very much a “Daddy’s Girl!”
She also goes bonkers for cheese, as in knows what is inside a box of CheeseIt Crackers, and will cry for hours to get some. Needless to say, we can’t keep those in the house.
She too is also on the heavy side. She was 19 lbs at her max weight. However the vets would like her to get down to 8 lbs. (She has a much smaller body then Valentino overall). As you can see from the picture, she has gotten the nickname of ’Jabba Kitty’.
Lizards

Tiny
Tiny is a Bearded Dragon, he is about 19 inches long. I got him as I was looking for a cage on Craigslist and someone was looking to sell him as their kids had lost intrest in him.
He was a very shy lizard, but has gotten over that quite a bit more.
He lives in the living room away from the other two, as he is bigger then them and even if different tanks he wouldn’t get along with Gizmo. He’d also spend most of his time trying to get to Fluffy cuz she is a girl.
He eats both crickets, worms and Salad. He attacks his salad just as if he was attacking a worm or a cricket.
He is the early bird / early to bed one of the lot. He gets upset if his cage lights are not off by about 10 pm. You can tell when he is mad as the underside of his chin gets really black and puffs out.

Fluffy
Fluffy is also a Bearded Dragon, she is my the only girl in the group of three. She is also very much the boss of Gizmo. Bearded Dragons don’t always play well with each other, and it is the exception rather then the rule that her and Gizmo get along as well as they do.
She is this redish / orange color. When I got her she was very small, I had gotten her from a chain petstore. She was proably be too young to be in the petstore. Her body (not counting the tail) fit on part of a single finger. She wouldn’t eat at first, and for a few weeks I wasn’t sure she was going to make it. Now she is the one that is always hyper, running around, charging at her food to eat when it gets put in the bowl. She has even been known to camp out in the food bowl. Gizmo has learned to wait till she has had some food before eatting otherwise she will just eat part of what he is trying to eat.
She is not a morning dragon what so ever.

Gizmo
Gizmo was the first of the three dragons i got. As you can see from the picture, he sometimes does also sit in the foodbowl.
You turn off the lights in his cage and he is out cold, which has led to him falling asleep in more then a few odd spots/positions.
He is rather laid back.
Sadly he is no longer with us, with a rather harsh winter here, he didn’t do well. He is missed, especially by Fluffy as they had grown up together.
Frog

Sadly these are no longer with us either having had a hard time with the winters.
Beaker is the last of the three White’s Tree Frogs that I have. And was the “Normal one” . He is probably the most normal of all of my pets. He likes to bark at the TV. He is the one that is on the top left.
Kermit (and the girl of the three) was the first one that I had, but only lived a few years due to having two crippled back feet that would often cause infections in the legs. Bottom left.
Animal live awhile longer after that, but has passed on as well, he wasn’t a very bright frog and never quite mastered jumping onto things without overdoing it. Banged into things all of the time. Middle Right.
